Aidan grew up in the outskirts of Valkala, and spent most of his time in the Valkaline Forest. Though not a strong fighter, he was well versed in the art of tracking. He and his friends would spend hours hunting down animals in the forest, with Aidan being relentless with his searches and priding himself on always finding what they set out to search for.
Aidan had only one sibling, a sister Marissa, who he protected his whole life. Being five years her elder, he would let her tag along on his adventures. She became very good at tracking herself and they would try to outdo each other all the time. As they got older, Marissa blossomed into a beautiful young woman.
As time went by, they both knew they eventually needed to go their separate ways. Aidan managed to find himself a group of adventurers that needed a tracker. Marissa pleaded with him to let her join them, but he did not feel it would be wise for his sister to be the only woman in a party of adventurers. Though heartbroken, Marissa understood her brother’s rationale.
Aidan eventually met Jason and Marcus a few years later. Aidan and Jason became instant friends and accompanied each other on Marcus’ journeys. Aidan would see Marissa from time to time, but lost touch with her after she joined a group of female warriors. The last rumor he heard about her was that she was searching for a coveted treasure.
