The Overlords
For those of you reading this for the first time, The Overlords is a trilogy written by Mike Squatrito. The story is set in the fantasy genre, and has been an ongoing project of mine for the past eleven years. I either found your email address, or got it from you, or from a friend of yours! What’s New
Hello my loyal fan base! After taking a brief hiatus to get married, look for a job, work in Connecticut, and then have to look for a job again – I’m back! Where shall I start? I guess I’ll begin with April. My wife Lea and I were married in Sarasota, Florida on April 19th and I’m happy to say all is well. After that, I took a contracting job in May with Aetna Insurance in Middletown, CT – a two hour ride to and from my home, every day! Unfortunately, the best job I ever had was terminated due to budget cuts and I’m now on the streets looking for work again. So is life.
About The Project
Now that I have some “free time”, I’ll be working on Book Two at the point where I left off. I’ll be starting Chapter 27 tomorrow, with about six or seven major chapters to go. I’m over 400 pages into this story and would like to finish it before I work full time again. Also, I’ll have to continue looking for an agent, but this time I think I’ll try attending some writer’s conferences to meet these people face to face. I’ll keep you all posted.
